This online workshop came about because Katharina keeps hearing from women in her work that they are speechless when asked this question. That they either don't know what they really want and what they like about sex, or they have an idea but don't want to offend their partner and don't know how to say it.

Therefore, this online workshop is dedicated to the topic of desire around our sexuality. We will experience a lot of fun and enjoyment, depth and intensity.

There are very specific exercises for these questions:

• What do I not want anymore? (cleaning out)
• What I want? (end corners)
• How do I say it? (Communicate)
• how can i have it (Assume)

What do we achieve by doing this?

• release blockages and shame
• uncover beliefs around our desires and sexuality
• find out what we really want in bed
• Find out how it feels to have this
• find out how we can have more play in our life and our sexuality
• find out what is important to us
• find out how we want to be touched
• practice accepting, giving and opening

This means that after the workshop you will have a clearer sense of what you want and will have an easier time telling your partner what you want. You will notice a lot of relaxation in your sexuality and learn to feel more.

2. Week #2 (What don't I want? - set boundaries and say no)
3. Week #3 (What do I want? what do i need - Needs and wishes)
4. Week #4 (How do I say it? - communication & relationship)
5. Week #5 (How can I have it? - gratitude & acceptance)
